The Kreis or Area Leadership of the Nazi Party in Hannover showed their gratitude to the brave Flak Troops protecting the city from Allied bombing at Christmas of 1941 by giving them a small quantity of Schnapps in a specially prepared flask.

This clear glass flask has a cork in the top and a burgundy colored bakelite cover/shot glass. On the front side of the bottle is a picture of the skyline of the city with searchlights, and below that the anti-aircraft guns. The text explains the thoughtful gift.

A very rare piece of 100% original Nazi home front material in fine original condition.
