The illustrations in this rare 8 x 8-3/4 inch, 12 page full-color children’s book are by Walter Strogies and it is from the First Edition of just 70,000 examples.
Covered in this Third Reich children’s book are the Four Seasons and children of Wehrmacht soldiers, Inge, Erika, Bärbl and Klaus. They are shown during Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter helping in the garden, playing soldier, picking mushrooms and spending Christmas with their mother in the absence of their father.
