This is an excellent example of the rare 6-1/4 x 9-1/4 inch, 232 page very heavily illustrated hard cover book called Das NS-Fliegerkorps - Die Vorschule der deutschen Flieger (The National Socialist Flying Corps - the Prep School for German Pilots) by Arno Kehrberg as published by Verlag Bild und Buch Anton Schuhmacher in Berlin 1942.
The big, comprehensive book has over 100 pictures and six full-page color plates. Beginning with portraits of Adolf Hitler, Hermann Göring and General Christiansen, NSFK-Brigadeführer Kehrberg carefully lays out the mission, the leadership, the training, the flight schools and the facilities of the flier training program of the NSFK.
Of course, the book deals heavily with gliders, but it also with balloon flight, technical aspects, aviation radio, course structure, etc., etc.
The best book we know on the subject, in very good used condition.
