This lot consists of three original issues of the rare Nazi magazine Das NS-Flieger-Korps (the National Socialist Flying Corps). They are the 8-1/4 x 11-1/2 inch issues of 15 November 1940, 15 December 1940 and May 1942.
Like most issues of this rare magazine these begin with either a page listing those NSFK men decorated by the Führer or those who gave their life for Führer und Vaterland.
The May 1942 issue for example lists men who won a variety of medals from the Oak Leaves with Swords for the Knights Cross of the Iron Cross to those who won the Frontflugspange.
Articles cover everything of importance that occurred in the NSFK service with aircraft and gliders and at the front. Promotions are well covered as are NSFK schools and NSFK theory.

The magazine was not at all immune from the anti-Jewish or anti-Semitic stance of most publications in Third Reich Germany and the November 1940 issue has a lengthy article about Ghetto Jews (right).
The May 1942 issue has some blue ink spilled at the bottom but it does not affect the text or photos on any of the pages. Otherwise, these 65+ year old magazines are in very good used condition.
