Die Flotten von England und Frankreich, 1940
Die Flotten von England und Frankreich (The Naval Fleet of England and France) is subtitled "and the enemy and neutral commercial ships sunk so far" and was printed in 1940 by Walter Krieg Verlag of Berlin, and this example is from the 86 - 135,000 printing.

The introduction says that the list of English and French naval ships used in this book came from the 1940 Weyer Taschenbuch der Kriegsflotten and Nauticus 1940 and explains the categories of ships (battleships, aircraft carriers, light and heavy cruisers, destroyers, submarines, etc.) and how they are listed (size, weapons, speed, crew size, etc.).
Hood, the Royal Oak, Repulse, Price of Wales, Ark Royal, Hermes, Glorious, Courageous, York, Exeter
Scapa Flow, Narvik
Franzoesische Kriegsflotte 1940
WW2 naval statistics ETO
WW2 Dutch navy ships
The 64 pages in this 4-1/8 x 5-3/4 inch wartime book have tables with the information mentioned above, and if they were already destroyed when this book was published, the last column shows the date the vessels were sunk. Interestingly enough, the original owner of this pocket-size Nazi book started marking British ships that were sunk with a + next to the name, such as the Hood, the Royal Oak, Repulse, Price of Wales, Ark Royal, Hermes, Glorious, Courageous, York, Exeter, and so on (see image directly above).
Pages 23 and 24 have dates in 1939 and 1940 with information about ships destroyed at Scapa Flow, Narvik and in the North Sea, but the name of the vessel was not known at the time this book was printed.

The last double-page spread in this 79 year old Nazi book has an overview of Schiffsverluste (ships lost) through 31 March 1940.  Not only ships from France or England, but also from the Soviet-Russia, Spain, Norway, Holland, Greece, Italy and other European countries (see below).
A very interesting and informative World War II Nazi publication in very nice condition. No odor.
