| Without the slightest doubt, this book is the most anti-Jewish book published in Third Reich Germany. Julius Streicher, Nazi Frankenführer in Nürnberg was the notorious publisher of ,,Der Stürmer” (The Stormer), a newspaper devoted to anti-Semitic information. |

| ,,Der Stürmer” was well-read in the Germany of Adolf Hitler and lead Streicher to publish very strongly anti-Jewish books like “Never Trust a Fox in Green Fields of a Jew Under Oath!” (Trau keinem Fuchs auf grüner Heid und keinem Jud bei seinem Eid!) and “The Poison Mushroom” (Der Giftpilz). The content of those books is mild when compared with the content of ,,Der Jude als Rasseschänder’’ (The Jew as Race Desecrator). |

,,Der Jude als Rasseschänder’’ was written for Julius Streicher by Dr. Kurt Plifschke and put in print by Nationalsozialistische Druck und Verlag in Berlin. It was illustrated by “Fips” (Philipp Rupprecht, 1900 - 1975, shown left in a Kriegsmarine uniform) of Nürnberg who also illustrated ,,Der Stürmer” and the two books mentioned above. This book is an undated first edition, but was probably published in either 1935 or 1936. |

| The 5-7/8 x 8 inch book consists of 112 pages of text and 28 illustrations printed on high-quality paper. It is complete with its original dust jacket. The book is in excellent condition, the original dust jacket has been scotch taped but is complete and in very good condition.
We have added red English language translations of the captions to some of the illustrations on this web page to make their meaning clearer to those who do not read German.

| ,,Der Jude als Rasseschänder’’ is divided into sections bearing names that translate as follows: Foreword, Introduction, Jews As They See Themselves, the Jewish Race Desecrator in the Eyes of the Aryan, What Does Jewish Law Say?, Application of Talmud and Teachings, Typical Cases of Jewish Race Desecration, Jewish Trade in Women, Jewish Racial Laws in Art and Economics, What Does Nature Teach? and Racial Desecration Needs to be Punished with Prison Time.
The text is absolutely merciless in its directness and in its condemnation of Jews and the misery they are supposed to have brought upon the aryan peoples, particularly aryan women.

We have enormous experience with books and miscellaneous publications of this period but have never seen another copy of ,,Der Jude als Rasseschänder’’. During the same period we have bought and sold many copies of the other anti-Jewish Streicher books and newspapers.
