This is a very nice example of the rare 5 x 7 inches, 80 page hard cover book Bauten des Dritten Reiches or "Construction in the Third Reich" by Hubert Schrade as published by the Bibliographisches Institut of Leipzig in 1937.
The first 40 pages of the bok trace the history of NSDAP or Nazi construction projects in the Third Reich from the Ehrentempel and the Führerbau on the Königsplatz in Munich, to the House of German Art, facilities at the Nazi Party Day Grounds in Nuremberg, the Olympic grounds in Berlin, the Ordensburgen at Vogelsang and Crössinsee, the Air Ministry in Berlin, the Reichsautobahn, the enormous wind tunnel at the Adlershof, etc., etc.
The last 40 pages of Bauten des Dritten Reiches are full-page photos of these gigantic construction projects. These photos are printed on high-quality glossy art paper.
This 83 year old Third Reich book is in very nice little-used condition and comes with its original dust jacket (not pictured). No odor.
