This is an excellent original example of the 5-1/4 x 8 inch, 48 page illustrated softcover German book DACHAU as published by Stern Verlag of Wien in 1945.
Nazi victims
It contains eight of the most gruesome photos from the concentration camp as well as a text that describes the horrible conditions and severe discipline at the “SS Showpiece” camp at Dachau, just north of the city of München (Munich), Germany.

This must have been printed in the last half of 1945 and was probably the first exposé in the German language of the concentration camp system.
