This is a genuine Third Reich Reichsbahndirektion Köln patch and collar tab that was part of a veteran lot we just purchased in Wyoming. The lot was accumulated by a single Ozark Division GI in Europe near the end of World War II and has not been touched since he brought it home in 1945. These pieces have never been in the hands of a collector or messed with by a militaria dealer.
The woven patch measures 3-1/4 inches wide x 2-3/8 inches tall (80 x 60 mm) and the collar tab measures 1-15/16 wide x 2-1/2 inches tall (50 x 65 mm). As you can see, both pieces are in good used condition as removed from a uniform by the veteran.
