This is an excellent 5-1/2 x 8-1/4 inch, very heavily illustrated, 128 page, softcover book called ,,HANDBUCH FÜR FLIEGER’’ (Handbook for Fliers) that was published in 1936 by the Deutsche-Amerikanische Petroleum Gesellschaft (German-American Petroleum Company or Standard Oil Company) of Hamburg, Germany.

The book is divided into eight very comprehensive sections, beautifully illustrated and printed on high quality paper. The sections include “The Aircraft”, “Fuel and Lubricants”, “Domestic and Foreign Flying”, “Sail Flying”, “Aerial Navigation”, “Weather”, “Standard Oil Company and Flight” and “Charts and Tables”.

At the end of the book there is a fold-out map of Nazi Germany showing the airports.

An excellent book containing a lot of hard-to-find Third Reich aviation information. In very good condition.
