The beautiful original 14 x 20 inch (folds to 10 x 14 inch) Nazi retirement document is dated Führerhauptquartier 16 November 1942 retiring Dr. Jur. Karl Buller, a Reichsbahn Official with the thanks of Hitler himself. A blue printed or autopen signature of Adolf Hitler is centered below the words Der Führer und Reichskanzler. Below that to the left is a 3 inch embossed State Seal showing an eagle and swastika in a wreath of oak leaves, and to the right is an original signature in pen and ink of Reichsverkehrsminister (State Minister of Transport) Dr. Julius Dorpmüller.
Dorpmüller was one of the most senior Nazi ministers and was responsible for what was then the largest industrial corporation on earth - the Reichsbahn or German National Railways. To give an idea of how big this corporation was, it had its own bank, and theor German freeway system was one of its subsidiaries! Dorpmüller was in charge of it all!
