This is a relatively common Nazi medal - a standard classic form 44 mm 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class - but is one of the finest we have seen in many years.

Instead of the usual typical mass-produced finish that is common to Third Reich Iron Crosses, this one was made for a parade mounting, with a frosted milled rim inside a burnished rim that reflects every bit of light that hits it.

If you need a really striking Iron Cross to set off a great ribbon bar, this one will fill the bill. Magnetic center, frosted inner rim, burnished outer rim.
