10 Stunden schneller! Unser Gegenschlag im Norden starts with excerpts from the 9 April 1940 OKW information release announcing the German attack on British forces in Denmark and Norway. Chapters cover the transport of troops to Scandinavia, the February 1940 Altmark incident, Messerschmitt airplanes, a short history of the countries of Denmark and Norway, the death of Kommodore Friedrich Bonte at Narvik, etc.

This nearly 80 year old example of 10 Stunden schneller! Unser Gegenschlag im Norden is in very good near-new condition.

During World War II the Zentralverlag der NSDAP or Central Publishing House of the Nazi Party, published a series of Kleine Kriegsheften or Small War Booklets on many different military and political subjects, and they were always written for consumption by the common Landser or soldier.

Photos show Nazi Generals and Admirals Von Falkenhorst, Kaupisch, Aaalwuachter, Carls and Geißler, Wehrmacht trucks, soldiers and horses arriving in Norway, RAF airplanes being shot down and British Navy destroyers sunk by the Kriegsmarine, Luftwaffe aircraft over Norwegian fjords, German FLAK guns 'waiting' for British airplanes, Gebirgsjäger and Luftwaffe radiomen, etc. The back cover has a map of northern Germany, Denmark, Norway, Holland and eastern England.
