This is a rare original example of Issue 5 of Die Ritterkreuzträger der Waffen-SS (the Knights Cross Holders of the Waffen-SS), a 6-1/4 x 8-3/4 inch, 4-page booklet.
In it are portrait photographs and biographical material on 15 winners of the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes and a brief description of the action for which the Knights Cross was awarded.
The Knights Cross holders in Issue 5 are:
Mooyman, Max Wünsche, Reimling, Reichel, Günther Dahlke, Frey, Lombard, Zehnder, Max Hansen, Kraas, Beck, Becker, Weiser and Bock. Published by the Reichsführer-SS SS-Hauptamt in Berlin. Very hard to find and in very good condition.
