Kriegsmarine pictures
This lot consists of a pair of 8-1/4 x 11-1/2 inch German Navy prints as they were manufactured on chipboard with little metal rings at the top for hanging them. They probably once decorated the mess hall or sleeping rooms at a German naval base somewhere.

Both prints were published by Verlag Erich Klinghammer in Berlin during World War II. One is a painting depicting a German U-Boot on the surface after sinking a British freighter. The other is a photograph of the aft section of a German minesweeper along the polar coast. Very good condition.
