Nazi airplanes
This is a good, complete example of the special Die Deutsche Luftwaffe (the German Air Force) issue of the Illustrirte Zeitung magazine dated 20 March 1941. It is a big, heavy 10-1/2 x 15 inch, 136 page very, very heavily illustrated (many illustrations in color) high quality, very influential magazine that was published in Berlin to provide the official Nazi government version of foreign and diplomatic news.
Once each year in spring an entire issue was devoted to articles, pictures and advertising related to the German Luftwaffe. This is the Luftwaffe issue for 1941, and is perhaps the very best record of all things related to aviation in Nazi Germany in 1941.

There are full-page, full-color ads from the firms Messerschmitt, Reichswerke Hermann Göring, Henschel, Dickow, Zeiss-Ikon, Arado, Heinkel, Ford, Gothaer Waggonfabrik.
