This is a fine example of the magazine ,,Motor Schau’’ for January 1940 featuring a full-color front cover picture of German aircraft bombing enemy ships at sea.

Published by Jakob Werlin (a friend of Adolf Hitler) and Motorschau Verlag in Berlin, Germany, this big 10-1/8 x 14 inch, 74 page photo-packed issue that begins with a full-page portrait of General Feldmarschall Hermann Göring with his medals and baton, followed by articles on: Flying Troops, Security Provided by Flak Towers, Masters of the Air, An Aircraft is Missing..., Automotive Steering Sectors, The Manufacture of Speedometers, A Car Trip from Finland to Libya (in an Opel convertible), etc.

There are ads for Mercedes-Benz, Büssing-NAG, Henschel, Junkers, Arado, Borgward, Phänomen, Focke-Wulf, Bosch, Oigee, Vomag, Askania, Krupp, Leitz, Hirth, Klöckner, IG Farben, DKW, Osram and many other Third Reich military and civilian vehicle, weapon, aircraft, bus and related manufacturing companies.
