This is a fine example of the magazine ,,Motor Schau’’ for March 1940 featuring a duotone front cover picture of St. Stephan’s Cathedral and the skyline of Wien (Vienna) by night.

Published by Jakob Werlin (a friend of Adolf Hitler) and Motorschau Verlag in Berlin, Germany, this big 10-1/8 x 14 inch, 76 page photo-packed issue contains articles on:

Hermann Goering’s Early Flying Days (with many obscure photos), German Motorization of Southeastern Europe, the State of the War, Fuels in Wartime, the Work of Gottlieb Daimler, the Largest Motor Factory in the World (Klökner-Humboldt-Deutz), the Me109 Takes on the Wellington Bomber, the German Aviation Collection in Berlin, Fuel Supply Systems, the Manufacture of Glass, Karthothek featuring Do215, He112, Me109, and Bü133 aircraft.

One beautiful full-color ad (top right) shows the grill of a Mercedes-Benz car below one of the eagle and swastika emblems guarding the Nazi Air Ministry in Berlin.
