This is an excellent example of the book Muenchen - Weltreiseziel by Helmut Brutscher as published by Verlag Knorr & Hirth in Munich in 1936. The book carefully describes and illustrates with 29 photographs what Hitler changed about the city of Munich to make it a destination for travelers from around the world.
While those things included upgrading historic old Munich, and events like the Oktoberfest, Hitler is credited with making Munich the Home of the Nazi Movement and with the construction of all the major Nazi sights. Those sights include the Sterneckerbräu where the Nazi Party got its start, the memorial to the Nazi Martyrs at the Feldherrnhalle, the Führer building and the Nazi Party administration buildings at the Königsplatz, the Honor Temples to the Nazi Martyrs of the 1923 Putsch on the Königsplatz, the new House of German Art, the new Ludwig Bridge, the Reichsautobahn, etc., etc.
