These are genuine Third Reich belt buckles that were part of a veteran lot we just purchased in Wyoming. The lot was accumulated by a single Ozark Division GI in Europe near the end of World War II and has not been touched since he brought it home in 1945. These Nazi buckles have never been in the hands of a collector or messed with by a militaria dealer so you can be sure that they are 100% original Third Reich pieces. Not copies or reproductions of any kind!
| The larger of these two buckles (shown directly above) measures 48 x 62 mm (1-7/8 x 2-1/8 inches) and is stamped from a single piece of brass with the belt hook brazed on. The nickel plated prongs which attach through the holes of the belt are pointed in a conical manner. Nice used condition. |
The smaller of the two Nazi buckles (above) measures 38 x 53 mm (1-1/2 x 2-1/2 inches) and has a round brass medallion soldered to the brass body of the buckle. The belt hook slot is stamped into the buckle body. The nickel plated prongs which attach through the holes of the belt are pointed away from the back of the body of the buckle so they lay flat against the buckle. Nice used condition. |
