This is a rare 8 x 10-3/4 inches, 88 page soft cover book called Neues bauen in Baden (New Construction in NSDAP Gau Baden) by Willi Fritsch as published in 1938 by Führer Verlag in Karlsruhe on orders of, and with a Foreword by, Reichsstatthalter Robert Wagner.
Composed mostly of large photos with precise captions in German, the book showcases Nazi memorials, the Reichsautobahn, Nazi festival grounds, Siedlung or new Nazi residential settlements (shown left), single family homes and farm buildings, theaters, the military museum in Karlsruhe, Hitler Youth Homes, Nazi sports grounds, Third Reich railway stations, etc.
The example of Neues bauen in Baden offered here is in very good condition with the exception of scotch tape down the spine of the original dust jacket. Perfect for anyone with an interest in Nazi era construction or architecture.
