This is a fine example of the rare 7-3/4 x 10-1/2 inch, 96 page, very, very heavily illustrated hard cover First Edition book Arbeitsmänner des Führers (Workmen of the Führer) by Gustav von Estorff as published in 1939 by Zeitgeschichte Verlag Wilhelm Andermann in Berlin, Germany.

Very much in the same style as other Andermann books published for Heinrich Hoffmann in München (Munich), Arbeitsmänner des Führers begins with a short introduction by Nazi State Labor Leader Konstantin Hierl, quickly followed by big, clear, full-page and half-page photographs of young German men performing their obligatory labor service for the German nation and people during the Third Reich.

The men are shown working high in the Alps and in northern marches, building railways, tapping trees, in their barracks, eating, washing, driving pilings, marching, tending plants, keeping bees, carving, flying model airplanes, dancing, and in other Reichsarbeitsdienst (RAD) activities.

The RAD men are shown parading before Hitler at Reichsparteitage in Nürnberg, in various Nazi dress and work uniforms, and enjoying themselves during their period of service to Führer und Vaterland. Very good condition.
