This is a terrific 6 September 1943 dated Third Reich map showing the Ukraine and surrounding area from Bulgaria to Lithuania and from Moscow to the Caspian Sea. Naturally, the map includes everything between Crimea and Moskow including all of the most famous battlefields of the German and Russian Forces in World War II.

For anyone studying military or political aspects of Third Reich Germany and / or World War II in the Soviet Union, this is the perfect map. It is not so large that it can not be mounted or framed and hung on the wall of a reasonable sized room.
Stalingrad
It is the big 32 x 43 inch, multicolor Freytag-Berndt’s Handkarten UKRAINE in a scale of 1 to 2,000,000 as published by Kartografischesanstalt Freytag-Berndt und Artaria in Wien (Vienna) in September 1943.

The map is in very good used condition with very bright colors and little wear. There are a couple of small holes on corner folds but no tears along the folds. There is one small period repair to the back side of the map.
