During the Third Reich of Adolf Hitler major film companies like Tobis, UFA, Terra, Germania and others produced 8-3/4 x 11-1/2 inch, 8-page heavily illustrated brochures to let consumers know all about their movies. The brochures sold for the equivalent of about 4 cents and contained lots of movie stills, complete film credits and a synopsis of the plot of the movie. Other than their value as historic movie material, the big, clear illustrations of aircraft, military vehicles, combat equipment, Nazi uniforms and insignia are among the best available from the period.

S.A.-Mann Brand is a 1933 Nazi movie, the first SA movie according to this brochure. It ws produced by Franz Seitz and stars Otto Wernicke, Elise Aulinger, Heinz Klingenberg and many others.
The story is about a young member of the SA, Erich Brand, who is surrounded by Marxists in the big city where he lives. His father is a Communist as well which causes a lot of problems in the household. He finds refuge with his neighbor, a widow whose only son is a member of the Hitler Youth and who shares his enthusiams of the New Germany.

HITLERJUNGE QUEX
Hitlerjunge Quex is a Nazi era UFA film about the Hitler Youth and the spirit of its courageous members. It was adapted from the novel of the same name by author Karl Schenzinger and the movie was made with the permission of HJ leader Baldur von Schirach, who also wrote the lyrics for the Hitler Youth marching song Unsere Fahne flattert uns voran.

TRIUMPH DES WILLENS
Triumph des Willens or Triumph of the Will is one of the best known movies produced during Nazi Germany. Always refered to as a Nazi propaganda film, viewed objectively, it is a technical masterpiece and a stunning 114 minute movie about the 1934 Nazi Party Days held in Nürnberg.
Leni Riefenstahl used moving cameras, telephoto lenses and aerial photography to produce this controversial film which was released in 1935.
