J.F. Lehmanns Verlag in München is widely recognized today as the most prominent publisher of scholarly Nazi publications stressing their theories on matters of race, racial hygiene, the Jewish Problem, etc., in Third Reich Germany.
On this USMBOOKS web page we are offering the book Kurzer Abriß der Rassenkunde or Short Synopsis of Ethnology by Dieter Gerhart from 1938. This 6 x 9 inch, soft cover 16 page publication is a primer on the subject of race and ethnicity compiled with material from the book Rassenkunde des deutschen Volkes by Professor Dr. Hans F.K. Guenther of Berlin (a German race researcher and eugenicist in Third Reich Germany).
Kurzer Abriß der Rassenkunde has 27 illustrations and is in very good used condition. Inside the front and back cover is advertising for many other Third Reich racial books by J.F. Lehmanns Verlag of München.
We also have a 1942 edition of the same publication shown above.
The content is exactly the same as the 1938 edition of Kurzer Abriß der Rassenkunde by Dieter Gerhart, but the book advertising inside the front and back covers different books.
