Printed in full-color on large sheets of heavy paper these big soldiers and their equipment were a very popular gift and play thing for boys during the Third Reich of Adolf Hitler.

All done in a similar scale, the 3+ inch (about 80 mm) soldiers are properly equipped with weapons and field gear of all sorts. There are Standard and Flag bearers, Fallschirmjäger or paratroopers (lots of them), Engineers, Mountain Troops, Machine Gunners, Artillery Men, Officers, Tank Troops, Communications Men, etc. all in action.

Some of the figures were already cut out by some boy, but many are unused on the original sheets. The "Flags and Banners of the German Army" series is the most complete group of unused figures. The two strips together measure about 14 x 17 inches and contain 16 figures in appropriate uniforms parading the special flags and banners of formations from Panzer to Jäger to Sailors and Fliers. The field gun is over 16 inches in length. The detail is quite intricate and with these toys any boy could stage endless parades and wars throughout his parents parlor and kitchen.

Hard to find in any quantity or with some in this nice uncut condition.

Around 65 figures as manufactured by J.F.S.i.E. in Germany according to information printed beneath the Panzer Standard Bearer. A few repairs with scotch tape but very nice condition overall.
