This is a 9-1/2 x 12-1/4 inch folder or folio containing an 8 page booklet and 32 very handsome full-color frame-able art prints of German Army uniforms from about 1600 through the newly adopted Nazi Army and Luftwaffe uniforms of 1936.
The prints depict the entire range of uniforms for specific times and units and include helmets, armor, standards, weapons and equipment. The booklet is referenced to each numbered print and explains all of the individual uniforms in each print. Prints 31 and 32 depict the new Nazi Reichsheer and Luftwaffe uniforms of Germany in 1936 and contain 12 and 9 uniformed figures respectively, wearing everything from the Panzer wrap of tank troops to the white lapeled uniform of an Air Force General.

The prints were reproduced during the Third Reich from original art by noted historical painter Herbert Krötel. The outside of the folio is somewhat dirty and taped and all of the prints have a water stain or damage in the white margin at the top. With the exception of a 3 mm (1/8 inch) spot at the top of a few of the prints, there is NO damage or staining to the image area. No bad odor. Complete and in good condition but specially priced because of the minor damage.
