Those familiar with German weapons of the Third Reich period are certainly familiar with the folding card style manuals for various pistols, rifles, machine pistols and the like. This is Wa 42/43 the 6-1/4 x 14-1/4 inch Waffentafeln or folding card manual for the P38 pistol dated December 1942, as published by Ludwig Voggenreiter Verlag in Potsdam.
This original Third Reich Waffentafeln is composed of six different 4-3/4 x 6-1/4 inch panels of text and pictures which provide a complete explanation of the theory and practice of using the P38 as well as lots of how-to information about taking it apart and servicing it.
All original Nazi era Waffentafeln are becoming hard to find in readable condition, but especially those for Third Reich pistols and submachine guns. Very good used condition.
