ANTIQUE WINE & RUM BOTTLE LABELS FROM
THE DAYS OF ADOLF HITLER’S THIRD REICH
The perfect accompaniment to any display of historical Third Reich material, these are authentic old wine and rum bottle labels many with dates from the Third Reich of Adolf Hitler. The labels are all German, and all originals from the period. They ARE NOT reproductions of any kind. We bought them in Germany many years ago.

Each of the labels is overlabeled with a bi-lingual label (German/French) informing the reader that the wine or rum in the bottles was for military consumption by the Wehrmacht or Waffen-SS and was not to be sold to civilians. The German word Marketenderware means that the item could only be sold to soldiers on active duty.
It is an easy matter using almost any adhesive (we used regular wallpaper paste) to attach one of these labels to a full or empty bottle as we have done (right). nur fuer Waffen-SS
