This is an authentic original 11 x 14-7/8 inch certificate awarded by NSFK Gruppe 17 Ostmark, Standarte 111 in Linz, Germany on 1 March 1939. It was awarded in thanks for contributions intended to provide uniforms for NSFK members.

There is a stain along the left side, but otherwise the piece is in fine condition.
