EVER PUBLISHED: JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH 1939

These are the first three issues (January, February and March 1939) of the Wehrmacht magazine ,,Die Panzertruppe’’ (Tank Troops) ,,Monatsschrift für die Schnellen Truppen’’ (Monthly Magazine for Mobile Troops) as published for the Oberkommando des Heeres (OKH) for distribution to military units.

Each 8-1/4 x 11-1/2 inch heavuly illustrated issue contains about 75 pages.

Articles and features in these three Nazi magazines include Horses or Vehicles?, Enemy Army Vehicles and Weapons, Tactics, Tank Defensive Weapons, Drinking and Driving, Driving on the Autobahn, Training, the International Automobile and Motorcycle Show in Berlin, Condition of the German Armed Forces, Motorcycles, etc.

Ads appearing in the magazines feature products such as tires, gear boxes, paint, radiators, motorcycles, wheels, goggles, motor parts, tools, headlights, gauges, weapons, cars, trucks, field gear, boots, flag masts, etc.

A SINGLE ISSUE OF ,,DIE KRAFTFAHR-KAMPFTRUPPE''

This is the first issue (January1937) of the famous Nazi magazine ,,Die Kraftfahr-Kampftruppe’’ (Motorized Combat Troops) a monthly magazine for military motorized vehicle drivers as published for the Oberkommando des Heeres (OKH) for distribution to military units. Each 8-1/4 x 11 inch heavily illustrated issue contains 32 pages.

Articles and features in this magazine include 25 Years of Tanks, Motorcycle with Sidecar or Lightweight Truck? (broaches the concept of the Volkswagen Kubelwagen or the jeep), the Armed Forces (Wehrmacht) in Motor Sport, Off-Roading, etc.

Ads appearing in this 69 year old magazine feature products such as two-man chainsaws, trucks, batteries, etc.

The spine of this magazine is scotch taped but it is complete and in very good condition.
