NAZI POLICE PAPERWORK REGARDING THE
REIMBURSEMENT OF CHARGES IN TRANSPORTING
FEMALE PRISONERS (INCLUDING ONE JEW) TO
RAVENSBRÜCK CONCENTRATION CAMP IN 1940
This Nazi Police file consists of four separate letters on letterheads of the Reichskommissar in Wien (Vienna) and the City Administration of Wien regarding money due to the Mayor of Golau and the Labor Office of Mährisch-Schönberg for food and care provide to female criminal prisoners being transported by the Nazi Police to Konzentrationslager Ravensbrück (KLR or Ravensbrück Concentration Camp) at Fürstenberg north of Berlin.

The four prisoners were Hilde Sara Hahn, a Jew ($2.72), Katherina Mayerhofer ($2.00), Marie Reindl ($2.00) and Karoline Würdinger born Hampl ($2.72). The letter are dated between 5 March 1940 and 21 March 1940 and authorize Police reimbursement of these amounts due.

Rare Holocaust material in very good condition, from the collection of authors Ray & Josephine Cowdery. The letters come with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
