Page two outlines the resolution between the two parties, the sale of the property owned by Karl and Maria Koller to the Reichsautobahnen Land Administration Department, the department in charge of acquiring land on which they would build and / or expand the Nazi freeway system.

The picture left shows various legal matters, prices, tax agencies and banks involved in the matter, and page 3 has the official Nazi eagle and swastika stamp of the Reichsautobahnen Grundverwaltungsbüro in Vienna and the stamped date 29 April 1939. A stamp at the top of page 1 shows the property transfer was entered in the Amtsgericht or county court of Neulengbach on 3 May 1939. There are additional initialed stamps and a stamp dated 31 May 1939 showing the matter officially went into effect on 31 May 1939.

This original 84 year old Reichsautobahn ephemera depicts the enormous behind-the-scenes legal and administrative work involved in building the Nazi freeway network in the formerly Austrian part of the expanding country of Greater Germany. It is fascinating and very rare! Try to find another! Condition exactly as shown, no odor.

This is a rare original April 1939 dated Grundbuchseingabe or entry in the land title register of Neulengbach, a small picturesque German village near St. Pölten, west of Vienna (in what is now Austria). The case outlined in the 8-¼ x 11-¾ inch, 4-page document involved two parties, Karl and Maria Koller, owners of a restaurant in St. Christofen and the Construction Administration of the Reichsautobahn in Vienna.

This very rare Nazi freeway land purchase agreement comes with a 6-¼ x 8-¾ inch, two-sided tan cardstock calendar for the year 1939. Both sides have illustrations of sections of the Reichsautobahn at the top. The front side with the calendar for January - June 1939 shows the freeway exit at Irschenberg on the Reichsautobahn from Munich to the current Austrian border, and the July-December side shows the construction of a freeway bridge crossing the Oder river between Berlin and Stettin.
