This lot consists of three original 6 x 8-1/4 inch special watermarked letters from Reichsrundfunk Berlin, Reichssender Leipzig (State Radio Berlin, Broadcast Station Leipzig) dated 19 January 1938, 7 February 1938, and 12 February 1938 to Mr. Professor Dr. Ernst Hermann in Wien (Vienna, the second largest city in Hitler’s Greater Germany) who had provided the broadcaster with a broadcast manuscript of 260 typed pages bearing the title Osterbräuche in den Alpen (Easter Customs in the Alps).
A rare opportunity to acquire authentic original correspondence between Nazi Germany’s State Radio and a Professor who wrote programs for broadcast.


This lot consists of two original 6 x 8-1/4 inch special watermarked letters from Reichrundfunk Berlin, Reichssender Leipzig (State Radio Berlin, Broadcast Station Leipzig) dated 8 March 1938, and 4 May 1938, one original 8 x 11-1/2 inch letters from Reichrundfunk Berlin, Reichssender Breslau (State Radio Berlin, Broadcast Station Breslau) dated 29 March 1938 and an 8-1/4 x 11-1/2 inch contract from Reichrundfunk Berlin, Reichssender Breslau dated 5 April 1938 to Mr. Professor Dr. Ernst Hermann in Wien (Vienna, the second largest city in Hitler’s Greater Germany) who had provided the broadcaster with a broadcast manuscript called Wunder der Alpen (Marvel of the Alps).
