This is a lot of five original Nazi pennants which we recently purchased from the widow of an American Armored Regiment Sergeant who fought all over Europe during World War II. They are all still attached to the 57 inch long piece of cord on which they were captured and brought home. The three smaller pennants measure about 6 x 9 inches and have the swastika and circle printed directly on the cloth. The larger 8-1/2 x 13 inch pennants have the swastika printed on a white disk which is sewed to the red cloth. Otherwise, the construction of these double-sided pennants is very similar.
One of the larger pennants is slightly dirty BUT ONLY near the bottom point, but it should be an easy manner to brush or wash the dirt off.
Absolutely original to the Third Reich period, and in very good condition, just as they were collected over 65 years ago in Germany!
