A ,,Fibel’’ of any kind in German Third Reich parlance was a “primer”, or the essential information on a subject put into concise, easy to use form.
This book is a Wehrkreisfibel or a Military Defense District Primer for distribution to soldiers. Apparently one of a series, this 5-3/4 x 8 inch, 32 page text covers three subjects that were very important to Adolf Hitler:
1) the Program of the Nazi Party
2) the History of the Awakening of Europe
3) the History of the Nazi Movement

Each section if followed by a series of questions and their correct answers. For example: “What three enterprises belong to the nation?” The answer given is “the State Railways and Autobahn, the State Bank System and the State Postal System.”

A rare and informative book in excellent condition.
