Der Führer - sein Leben - sein Werk has 32 heavily illustrated pages with chapters about Adolf Hitler’s life, his service during World War I, his early days in politics in Munich, the 25-point manifesto of the Nazi Party, Hitler on the campaign trail, the elections and the “Birth of the Third Reich” on 30 January 1933.

There are several patriotic quotes by Hitler as well as pictures of Hitler surrounded by the first SA members during the early days of the Nazi Movement, after his release from Landsberg Prison, during early Nazi rallies and marches, interacting with fans, DAF workers and Wehrmacht soldiers, with Benito Mussolini, in Danzig, etc. The back cover of this late 1939 or 1940 Nazi Party magazine has an illustration of the German national anthem Deutschland, Deutschland über Alles, and the Nazi ‘anthem’ the Horst Wessel Lied is also pictured in Der Führer - sein Leben - sein Werk.

Offered for sale on this USMBOOKS webpage is a lot of TWO Third Reich magazines, produced by Reichsorganisationsleiter Dr. Robert Ley and the Hauptschulungsamt der NSDAP, the main educational branch of the Nazi Party which also oversaw the publication of Der Schulungsbrief and Der Hoheitsträger, very hard-line, very anti-Semitic magazines containing many specific Nazi Party directives.

In the same format as Der Schulungsbrief, both 8 x 11 inch magazines were part of a series of special educational photo publications intended to better explain the workings of the political apparatus of the Nazis and the history of Third Reich Germany. The two rare magazines are Der Führer - sein Leben - sein Werk (Our Leader - his Life - his Work) and Unser Reich (Our Nation).

These two 80+ year old Sonderdruck or SPECIAL PUBLICATIONS are very rare Nazi Party material, rarely found in this nice condition. Both are complete and neither magazine has any writing or notes in them. No offensive odor.

Unser Reich has 48 heavily illustrated pages and contains material assembled by Reichsamtsleiter F.H. Woweries, a German politician and Gaupresseamtsleiter and Gaupropagandaleiter der NSDAP in Hessen-Nassau whose writing was so overtly National Socialist, that his work (such as this publication) was put on the list of “Rejected Literature” in the Soviet Zone of Occupation of Germany after the end of World War II.

Chapters cover the history of Germany, the Bismarck-Reich, the First World War, the early days of the Nazi Movement, the reunification of the Rhineland with Nazi Germany in 1936, and Adolf Hitler’s Germany. There is also an article about the economic Four Year Plan and Alfred Rosenberg’s view on the battle against Bolshevism in the East written on 24 June 1941, just a few days after Operation Barbarossa began!
