The cover and main article is about “Nazis and Anti-Nazis” and attempts to encourage “critical thinking on the Potsdam Declaration concerning the guilt and responsibility of the German people for the war and to distinguish individual degrees of guilt.”
The two 8 x 10-¼ inch, 16-page Army Talks magazines are dated 13 January 1946 and 24 February 1946 and cover pictures show former high-ranking Nazis Hermann Göring, Rudolf Hess, Joachim von Ribbentrop, Fritz Sauckel, Wilhelm Keitel, Baldur von Schirach, and Alfred Rosenberg listening to testimony during the Nuremberg Trials.
