The 4-3/4 x 7-1/8 inch, 32-page English language publication has chapters on Adolf Hitler's humble beginnings and youth, his time in Vienna, move to Munich, his World War I military service, the failed Nazi Putsch in November 1923, the Nazi Revolution and his rise to power, and his political and personal tactics. Quite accurate in many respects.
WHO HITLER IS by British author, journalist and historian Robert C.K. Ensor is publication No. 20 of the Oxford Pamphlets on World Affairs series printed by Oxford University Press in England. It is a reasonably objective short biography of Adolf Hitler published after the Germans and Russians invaded Poland in September 1939, and after the Great Britain and France had declared war on Germany (but not on the Soviet Union), but before the Wehrmacht invaded the Soviet Union in June 1941.
The cover of WHO HITLER IS is somewhat faded, but the 80 year old pages are in very good condition. It is complete and in very nice, little used condition with a yellow Canadian Institute of International Affairs 'overleaf' tipped-in on the title page. No odor.
