Lot #192 - left, a beautiful 100 x 150 mm original Nazi color postcard designed by Franz Fasching for the Olympic Flame ceremony in Wien (Vienna) on 29 July 1936. 

This Third Reich Olympic Games postcard was mailed on 29 July 1936 and has a cancelation from Vienna during the Olympic Flame ceremony.  Very good condition.

Lot 194c - left, an original Third Reich 105 x 147 mm postcard showing part of the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. The design was by Georg Fritz and the card came with a pre-printed Deutsches Reich postage stamp featuring the Olympic Bell.

Very good unused condition with blank back.

Lot 191b - right, a niceoriginal 105 x 147 mm Nazi postcard produced for the February 1936 Winter Olympics at Garmisch-Partenkirchen. It was produced with a pre-printed Deutsches Reich postage stamp of a Nazi eagle clutching Olympic Rings.

With an absolutely originial round 15 February 1936 IV. Olympische Winterspiele cancelation applied at Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and in very good condition with blank back.

Lot 197a - left and below, this Official Olympia-Postkarte published by the Reichssportverlag in Berlin shows Japanese Olympic gold medal winner Naoto Tajima in action in the triple jump (he also set a new world record).   The Third Reich card measures 91 x 141 mm and has a special 6+4 Pfennig Olympische Spiele postage stamp featuring a soccer player on it which was canceled at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin on 15 August 1936 before it was mailed to somebody in Vienna (see below).

Lot 363 - right, an original unused deckel edge Third Reich photographic postcard showing the inside of the Olympic Stadium in Berlin.  The 105 x 147 mm card was produced by Stengel & Co. of Dresden.  Never mailed, empty back.  In very good condition.

Lot 362 - left, an original Third Reich photographic 105 x 147 mm postcard showing the Olympia-Stadion, part of the Reichssportfeld in Berlin.  The deckel edge card was produced by Stengel & Co. of Dresden.  Mailed from Berlin on 25 August 1938, it is in very good used condition.  Has a Leipziger Messe event cancel.

Olympia-Fackelstaffel Lauf
Lot 361 - left, an original 100 x 150 mm Nazi color postcard designed for the IV. Olympische Winterspiele, the Olympic Winter Games held at Garmisch-Partenkirchen from 6 - 16 February 1936. 

This Third Reich postcard was never mailed but has an Olympic postage stamp featuring a speed skater which was canceled on the opening day of the Winter Olympics at Garmisch-Partenkirchen as well as an Olympic Sonderstempel.  Condition exactly as shown left and below.

Lot # 140 - obviously this Third Reich photographic postcard of the Olympic Village in Berlin is in rather poor condition but it is historically interesting!

It was mailed to a Mr. Anderson in Brooklyn, New York on 1 August 1936, by a very enthusiast visitor to the Berlin Summer Olympics who called it the "Greatest modern Olympics" (see below).

Lot 366 - left, an photographic overview of the Olympic facilities in Berlin.  This is an official Olympia-Postkarte with a round purple Reichssportfeld stamp on the back, as well as a green Olympic postage stamp. Olympic Stadium cancelation with swastikas dated 10 August 1936.
