This is a 100% original piece of Nazi propaganda in the Dutch language dropped from Luftwaffe airplanes over Holland between 10 and 14 May 1940.
Duitschland wint! translates as Germany Wins! and the V is for victory of course, or victorie in Dutch. The 2-5/8 x 2-7/8 inch (70 x 78 mm) piece of rough paper has the same propaganda message on both sides.

Few of these Nazi propaganda leaflets survived the days of May 1940 in Holland, as most Dutch citizens were not enthusiastic about the thought of their country being occupied by Nazi Germany. Little did they know the German invasion would be so swift and successful, and that Nazi occupation would last five years!
