The author, Dr. Rudolf Kummer, was a very early member of the Nazi Party and received a Nazi Blood Order for his participation in the failed 1923 Nazi Putsch. After the National Socialists were voted into power in 1933, he had several different government jobs eliminating Jews from positions at German libraries and cultural entities all over Germany. Reichsleiter Philipp Bouhler later recommended Kummer to run the NSDAP Commission to Protect National Socialist Literature and between 1935 and 1939 he was the head of all libraries in Germany. He frequently spoke in public about eliminating all books by Jewish authors from public libraries.

This is an excellent 5-5/8 x 8-¼ inch, 208 page hardcover 10th edition of the extremely anti-Semitic book Rasputin, Ein Werkzeug der Juden from 1942 (the original copyright date is 1939). In this book, Dr. Rudolf Kummer shows what he considers to be proof that Rasputin was an influential tool of the "destroyer of the world Juda" and how his intrigues and actions led to the assassination of the Czar and his family, and the chaos that followed. He goes on to say that readers of Rasputin, Ein Werkzeug der Juden should realize that "Our time has come to end the dangerous and damaging power of World Jewry".

This 76 year old hardcover example of Rasputin, Ein Werkzeug der Juden is in nice used condition, with a repaired spine.  No odor.

Rasputin, Ein Werkzeug der Juden (Rasputin, A Tool of the Jews) was written by Dr. Rudolf Kummer and published by Julius Streicher's extremeley anti-Semitic Der Stürmer publishing house in Nürnberg. Frankenführer and publisher Julius Streicher also wrote the very anti-Jewish foreword for the book.
