This original Third Reich 6-panel bombing victim ID document was issued to Johann Peischer of Linz, after his house was hit during an Allied bombing raid on 25 February 1945. This Ausweis für Fliegergeschädigte or Identity Document for Bombing Victims was issued to 42 year old Peischer by the Mayor's Office of Linz on 27 February 1945.
It states that the victim's house was heavily damaged during the Allied bombing raid, that it could not be occupied any more but that the Peischar was not wounded during the destruction of the residence.

Nazi documents for victims bombed out of their houses have become very difficult to find in any condition. This one is simple, but 100% original to the Third Reich period.
