This is an excellent 7 x 9-3/4 inch, 112 page heavily illustrated hard cover example of the rare Nazi book Der Sonne Entgegen!  Deutsche Arbeiter fahren auf Madeira (Towards The Sun! German Workers Cruise to Madeira) by Hans Biallas as published by Freiheitsverlag in Berlin in 1936.
The book tells the story of workers who, as representatives of the German Nation took a splendid KdF holiday cruise from Hamburg to the tropical island of Madeira. The many full-page photos highlight the pleasures of a Strength through Joy steamship cruise and pictures show the travelers in every kind of shipboard and land based activity.

This 83 year old hardcover example of Der Sonne Entgegen! bears the stamp of the library of the Botanischer Garten of the University of Wien. Their stamp on the front end paper has been cut away. Very good condition.
