This is an original Third Reich, official invitation from Reichsminister für Wissenschaft, Erziehung und Volksbildung (Minister of Science, Education and National Culture ) Dr. Bernhard Rust for a reception in Hotel Bellevue in Dresden, following the European Meeting of Students and Frontline Soldiers on Friday 17 April 1942. The invitation measures 5-7/8 x 8-1/4 inch and has an embossed Hoheitszeichen (Nazi eagle and swastika) at the top. The recipient wrote a letter on the back of the invitation on 11 May 1942, mentioning Dr. Bernhard Rust and the reception.
THIRD REICH
PERMITS
FOR THE
ACQUISITION
OF NAZI
MILITARY
UNIFORM
PARTS
In the German Army ordinary Landsers were typically issued clothing and uniforms in approximately the correct size upon enlistment. Soldiers who could afford or were entitled to it could request issue of parts of uniforms which could then be built into custom made uniforms by a tailor.
The two Uniform-Bezugscheine (priority vouchers) signed by a Wehrmacht Major and the Detachment Commander allowed one Franz Musil of the Fahr-Ersatz-Abteilung 17 to acquire eine Lange Tuchhose (one pair of long pants) and drei Kragenbinden (three uniform collars closures).
Because parts for uniforms once issued became part of the uniform itself, there was little reason to save a Uniform-Bezugschein.
These are therefor rare pieces of German military paperwork, absolutely orignal to the Third Reich period and in very good condition. $15.00 delivered worldwide.

HITLER PHOTOGRAPH "THE LIBERATOR" HOFFMANN PHOTO
PRICE LIST
Dr. Bernard Rust fought in World War I and became a member of the Nazi Party in 1922. In 1925 he was appointed Gauleiter of Hanover-Braunschweig and in 1930 he was elected to the Reichstag. When Hitler was elected Reichschancellor in 1933 he appointed Rust as the Prussian Minister for Cultural Affairs and on 1 June 1934 he was appointed Nazi Minister of Science, Education and National Culture. It was Dr. Rust who issued a rule that students and teachers should greet each other with the Nazi salute and that it was expected of every German, regardless of membership in the NSDAP. Rust was also instrumental in purging German universities and schools of Jews and other enemies of the State.

This is a very rare and absolutely original 5-7/8 x 8-1/4 inch (15 x 21 mm) one-sided catalog sheet listing sizes and prices of Hoffmann's very famous photograph
Der Befreier (The Liberator) taken on the balcony of the
Rathaus (City Hall) in Linz as the city and the country of Österreich became a part of the
Grossdeutschland of Adolf Hitler in the spring of 1938. The rare catalog sheet is from the firm of
Heinrich Hoffmann Publishers of National Socialist Pictures in Wien (VIenna). Please note that the address of the Hoffmann firm is Opernring 19 in central Vienna, near the Opera and the Imperial Hotel (SS Headquarters), probably the most prestigious address in the city. The prestigious address is understandable enough to readers of Third Reich history who realize that Hoffmann's daughter Henriette was the wife of Hitler Youth Leader and
Reichsstatthalter of Vienna, Baldur von Schirach.
Hoffmann was of course, the most sought after photographer in Nazi Germany and Hitler's personal friend and photographer. Hoffmann was the employer of Eva Braun, and the man who introduced her to Adolf Hitler.
